Antonio Conte went with Argentine veteran Willy Caballero for their FA Cup quarter-final clash against Leicester and it is reported that their number one goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois, is injured.
According to the Metro, Courtois is struggling with an injury, believed to be a hamstring problem. Speaking to BBC Sport, Conte confirmed this saying: “This game has the same importance as at the start of the season. We have to try to play every competition and fight until the end. Courtois is injured. Caballero has played every game in this competition and played well.”
With eight games remaining, the Blues face a battle to finish in the top four, with Tottenham and Liverpool moving above them in recent weeks.
